OUR FOLD GALLERY
HERBERT
DOB: Nov. 13, 2024
High Park Bull
Herbert is very social, we have a video of him as a calf being led by his previous owner’s toddler! He also loves to socialize with the Lady Angus behind our property, and at those times, we like to say he is Herbatious! When he isn’t romancing cows, he enjoys treats, pets, and rubbing on cedar trees. Herbert also has Greek curls and so we gave him a middle name of Hercules.
STRAWBERRY
DOB: April 13, 2025
Mini Highland
Strawberry is our welcoming committee. She is very particular on what she eats, preferring only grass and seldom eats hay. We let her out of the pastures to graze in our front yard and lovingly call her our lawn mower. Her mom was a 40” silver mini highland and her dad was 42” red. She loves to eat clover but it does give her gas!
MOON PIE
DOB: Early 2021
Full Size Yellow Highland
Moon Pie loves to shake her beautiful horns and will try to tap the treat bucket from your hand with her horn’s impressive reach. Moon Pie will eat treats from your hand, and she is also quite bossy with the other cows. Root Beer is her 3rd Calf, the calf before was reddish with the same black sire.
ROOT BEER
DOB: Feb. 3, 2026
67 pounds at birth.
Root Beer is our first calf born on our farm. His Dam is Moon Pie and his sire was a mid size bull, we did not own the sire, but you can find a photo of him -Soda Pop, under BULLS. Root Beer’s best friend is Paprika.
LOOIE VEE (Louis Vuitton)
DOB: Feb. 3, 2026
Mini Highland Mix- 95% Highland and 5% Galloway
It was time to celebrate and Matt asked Tara if she would like a purse or a cow- guess what? Tara picked a cow. She is 40” tall and loves to be brushed. She also enjoys headbutting Herbert.
PEACHES
DOB: April 4, 2025
Yellow Mini Highland
This blonde girl has bangs down to her nose, and she has more hair than I have ever seen! She is named after Peaches in Ice Age for her long hair. Peaches in very sweet and timid, and she jumped out of the trailer when we went to pick her up from her old farm!
PAPRIKA (AKA POPPI PAPRIKA)
DOB: Sept. 24, 2025
Full Size Red Highland
Her birth farm named her Poppy, and fun fact, we used to live next door to her birth farm, Hollow Tree, in Thompson’s Station. Paprika went to taming school with Winter and they became sweet friends. Paprika’s demeanor is very kind, and reminds me of Cherry. Paprika has also been halter trained at our taming school.
NOSEY
DOB: Early 2021
Full Size Yellow Highland
She had a bull calf with a black bull before we adopted her, the bull calf was an adorable dun with yellow highlights. She also had a broken horn when we got her, probably from being nosey! We tried to name her Toffee, but her nickname suited her more. She is the only cow who enjoys animal crackers.
APPLE
DOB: Oct. 28, 2025
Mini Hereford
She came along with Mama, who is a registered Mini Hereford. Apple can be registered as well as she has all her paperwork and her sire was also a purebred. Apple has a very soft Winter coat and she is learning to be friendly.
WINTER BLOSSOM
DOB: May 12, 2025
White Mini Highland
We found her locally, about 8 min away from our farm. We were thrilled to add a white cow to our fold! Winter is just too cute. She attended taming school in the corral and LOVES food.
GUCCI - 4N
DOB: Sept. 14, 2024
Yellow Mini Highland AHCA #71,898
While her sister, Cheyenne, is shy, Gucci seems to be confident and just fine with everything. She was not nervous to get in the trailer or to be pet by a stranger. Our son named her Gucci to match her personality and we thought maybe she will be friends with Looie Vee!
CHERRY
DOB: Summer 2023
Mid size at 44” tall
Unbred heifer. Cherry comes from Kentucky, and is very sweet and mild. She loves neck rubs and being brushed, but does not like her bangs to be touched. We went to Kentucky to buy Nosey and Moon Pie (who was pregnant) and we came home with Cherry! Best decision!
MAMA
DOB: April 28, 2021
Registered Mini Hereford
She is a registered Mini Hereford. XXXXXX We tried to name her Cinnamon, but Mama stuck better as she is our first Mama to come to our farm. She is also the loudest and helps keep track of all the little cows- not just Apple.
PEPSI MAX
DOB: Dec. 4, 2024
Black Mini Highland
We welcomed another girl from Tennessee to our farm! She came to be with us with Peaches, her BFF. It’s always nice when cows come in pairs so they have a buddy.
CHEYENNE - 7N
DOB: Sept. 25, 2024
Yellow Mini Highland AHCA #71,899
This girl with her half sister, Gucci, come from Kentucky. She is proudly AHCA registered and has a fantastic bloodline. Her sire was massive and impressive, yet Cheyenne is small framed, which is why we love her. She is very shy, hence, the name.
